Director of Development for the Bayhealth Foundation

Chuck Desch is the Director of Development for the Bayhealth Foundation in his twelfth year with the organization. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chuck, and his family moved to Delaware in 2013 from Philadelphia. With over twenty years of fundraising experience, he is proud of the efforts of the Bayhealth Foundation Team who has developed a successful fundraising program. One of the most exciting accomplishments being the fundraising efforts for the Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus which opened in 2019. Chuck has been a member of the Dover Capital City Rotary Club for the past ten years and serves on the board for the club. He and his wife Carrie have boy girl twins, Carson and Addison who enjoy spending weekends throughout the year in Milford.
